Hå gamle prestegard is an art and culture centre housed in traditional, listed buildings, which provides an exciting area for contemporary artists – visual arts, installations, sculpture – as well as handicrafts and cultural history.
The Vicarage is one of the most popular days out in Rogaland and the ideal starting point for adventure trips along the coast. The beach-hugging Kings` Road – a right of way dating from Christian IV`s day – runs right past. Just south of the Old Vicarage you can inspect the Obrestad Light and Obrestad Harbour, Where Elisabeth Jarstø`s “Convoy” sculpture has stood since 1999.
